She is the founder & director of the NGO "International Institute for Integral Development" (IIID) and works with the training and consulting company U-Integral. She is also involved with the educational initiative EMPATIA.PRO
Her enthusiasm and deep-hearted care shine throughout our conversation. We discuss the different values at play in Ukranian educational reform, non-violent communication and how her work is helping to develop innovative educators.
